As a private practice owner, I do not accept tips. I want to make therapeutic treatment affordable to you so you come when you need it without you spending the last 5 mins of your massage wondering how much and how to tip me. Tip me by rebooking a treatment. I'll be so happy to see you again!

At times, talking helps us feel more at ease or allows us to relax. While it’s perfectly fine to chat during a massage, you can enhance the experience by quieting your mind, focusing on deep breathing, and tuning into your body’s sensations.
Always be sure to speak up if you experience any discomfort, as clear communication with me is essential.

This is a safe place where you should feel comfortable at all times. During a session, you will be fully covered with a sheet at all times except for the area that is being worked on.
For a full body massage, you may undress completely or simply dress down to your comfort level. Only remove clothing that you are comfortable with removing. Most women remove their bra to receive a flowing massage on their back and shoulders. Don't want to remove your bra? I am happy to work around it.

You will remained fully clothed during a reiki only session. If you select a massage + reiki session, you will be covered in the blanket up to your shoulders after the the massage portion. After your reiki and sound energy work, I will leave the room for your to redress.

I do not accept insurance. However, I'm happy to provide you a detailed invoice to file with your insurance company if they cover it.
Currently, I do not accept FSA/HSA payment methods but hope to soon.

I am a Certified in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) through Klose Training. I took this 45 hour course in 2024 at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy.
I was instructed in anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system, basic MLD treatment sequences, and the MLD treatment sequences for mild, medically-uncomplicated upper and lower extremity lymphedema.

Absolutely! You must wait 48 hours after chemo to receive MLD. I'm trained to work around chemo ports and other devices. If you'd like massage within 48 hours, please book an Oncology Massage with me.

MLD is very helpful after a surgical procedure to decrease swelling and reduce pain, promote normal range of motion, inhibit fibrosis and scar formation, and reduce overall recovery and healing time.

Congrats on your pregnancy! Yes, MLD is generally safe during pregnancy. We skip over the abdominal portion of the treatment. This treatment provides relief from swelling and discomfort, improves sleep, decreases anxiety, and supports blood circulation.
Only 60 minute sessions are available for prenatal treatments. You must not have high blood pressure or preeclampsia. I require approval from your midwife or obstetrician.

Patients with DVT are treated with extra caution and at the discretion your physician and myself. I do require written approval by your doctor. Please contact me before book to discuss if you are a good candidate.

I cannot provide lymphatic drainage massage to any experiencing the following: Acute cellulitis, Untreated congestive heart failure, acute untreated deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and a fever.
If you are fighting cancer or have renal dysfunction (kidney disease), I require written approval by your doctor.

I do not require a note from your doctor. It would be beneficial to let your oncology team know that you are or plan to receive an oncology massage.
